Where applicable South East Water Ltd may contribute £150 towards the cost of a repair or £200 towards the cost of pipe replacement in the event of a burst on your water supply pipe.

Only one leak will be repaired/replaced during the lifetime of your property.

Work will be carried out during normal working hours or in the event of a total loss of water supply, an emergency service may be provided.
