Waterlink is a commercial department within South East Water and was developed to assist domestic and commercial customers with issues relating to their private supplies.

At the point where the water company’s responsibility ends, usually at the property boundary, Waterlink have developed a range of services to ensure your essential water supply can be maintained.

The commercial division reflects the services of a water company, but tailors them to individual needs.

One of the most popular services the company provides is the water audit, where trained staff analyse water consumption to identify any inefficiencies and reduce the volume of water that is wasted. The audit is followed by a report setting out recommendations which Waterlink can implement.

In addition, the company has technicians who can unblock drains and sewers.

In all there are 24 staff in the team. We also use specialist sub-contractors to ensure that almost any problem can be resolved.

Together we work for clients that include domestic householders, housing associations, government bodies, utilities, hospitals, universities and Ministry of Defence sites.

The company has over 15 years experience as a commercial service provider.
